Waxing without assumptions
Treatment described by anatomy, not identity
Beauty treatments can involve areas of the body that feel personal or vulnerable. You should never have to explain or defend your identity to access professional treatment.
Our waxing services are described around anatomy and the area being treated wherever possible, rather than making assumptions based on gender. If a service name doesn't quite fit what you want, tell us the area and we'll take it from there.
Hair growth & hormones
Many reasons. All of them valid.
Hair growth changes over time and can be influenced by a range of factors, including hormonal changes. Clients come to us at many different points for many different reasons, and none of them need justifying.
Waxing is hair removal. It isn't a medical treatment and we don't diagnose or advise on hormones or medication. If your skin is more sensitive, or a treatment or condition may affect it, let us know beforehand so the appointment can be adapted safely, and speak with your healthcare provider for medical guidance.

What to expect

A private treatment room
You won't be seen or overheard. The studio takes one client at a time, so the space is yours for the whole appointment.

Confidential, respectful communication
Your name, pronouns and details stay between us. Nothing is discussed outside the room, ever.

You choose the area treated
Treatments are agreed before we start and described by area, so you decide exactly what is and isn't included.

Questions are welcome
Ask anything about products, aftercare, comfort or what to expect. No question is too small or too awkward.
