Inclusive Beauty MCR is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is stored and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you enquire or book, we collect your name, contact details and the treatment you have chosen. Before certain treatments we also record consultation and health information, such as medications, skin conditions, allergies and previous reactions, so treatments can be carried out safely.

Why we collect it

Your information is used to manage appointments, send booking confirmations and reminders, carry out treatments safely, and respond to your questions. We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

Confidentiality

Everything discussed in the treatment room is confidential. This includes intimate treatments, gender identity, transition, hormone treatment and any health information you choose to share. Notes are kept securely and are only seen by your practitioner.

Services we use

Bookings are taken through our online booking system, and you may contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or social media. Those providers process your message on their own terms. Please avoid sending sensitive health details by social media message.

How long we keep it

Consultation and treatment records are kept for as long as required for insurance and professional standards, normally seven years after your last appointment, then securely deleted. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, withdraw consent for reminders, or object to how your information is used.
