These terms apply to all appointments booked with Inclusive Beauty MCR. Booking an appointment means you accept them.

Booking and deposits

Appointments are booked through our online booking system. Some treatments require a deposit to secure the time, which is taken at the point of booking and deducted from the cost of your treatment. Treatment costs are confirmed at the time of booking.

Consultations and patch tests

Electrolysis, laser, advanced skin treatments and tinting require a consultation and, in most cases, a patch test at least 24 to 48 hours before your first treatment. If a required patch test has not been carried out, the treatment cannot go ahead.

Cancellations and no shows

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. Cancellations with less notice, or missed appointments, may mean the deposit is not refunded, and a future booking may require full payment in advance.

Lateness

If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened so the next client is not delayed. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rebooked and treated as a late cancellation.

Suitability and health information

Please tell us about medications, skin conditions, recent sun exposure, pregnancy, hormone treatment or anything else that may affect your treatment. Some treatments are not suitable in certain circumstances, and we reserve the right to decline or adapt a treatment for your safety.

Aftercare and results

Aftercare advice is given after every treatment and following it is your responsibility. Results vary between individuals, and hair removal, particularly electrolysis and laser, usually needs a course of treatments.

Age

Clients under 18 must have written consent from a parent or guardian, who must be present. Some treatments are only available to clients aged 18 and over.

A safe and respectful space

This is an inclusive space for all genders and bodies. Discriminatory, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour towards the practitioner or other clients will end the appointment immediately, with no refund.
