Meet Lesley
A decade in beauty, a studio built on comfort
Lesley has spent more than 10 years working in the beauty industry, developing the precision, pace and calm that specialist waxing demands.
She founded Inclusive Beauty MCR, which opened its doors in December, with a clear intention: to create a Manchester studio where people genuinely feel welcome and respected, not quietly assessed.
Treatment can feel vulnerable. Privacy matters, and so does the way you're spoken to. Every appointment takes place in a private space, with clear communication about what will be treated and nothing assumed on your behalf.
Her approach is professional, calm and non-judgemental. Ask as many questions as you like; nothing you bring into the room is unusual here.
Hair growth is personal
No explanations required
Hair growth can change throughout life and may be influenced by factors including hormonal changes. Whatever your reason for choosing hair removal, you do not need to feel embarrassed or explain yourself here.
We don't diagnose, and waxing isn't a treatment for any medical or hormonal condition. It's simply hair removal, carried out well. If you have a health condition or are taking medication that affects your skin, mention it before your appointment so the treatment can be adapted safely, and speak to your GP or specialist for medical advice.
